Republic Media Network is looking for an ambitious TV Ad Sales professional who is target-driven, excited to take on challenges, and focused on delivering results. The role involves driving advertising revenue for Republic TV s linear channels, building strong partnerships with media agencies and direct clients, and developing effective advertising solutions. We are looking for a proactive skilled who can contribute to commercial growth through strategic sales planning, innovative campaigns, and best-in-class client service.

An experienced media advertising sales professional with 18+ years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to linear television. Proven ability to build client relationships, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors to drive advertising revenue for Republic TV s linear channels.

Growing business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customised media solutions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.

Collaborating with agency planners, buyers, and brand managers to create effective and innovative advertising campaigns.





Creating account-level sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Providing market intelligence, assessing competitors, and identifying new business growth opportunities.

Coordinating with Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Monitoring campaign performance, tracking deliverables, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Experience in a Deputy National Head or Upcountry Head role would be preferred.
