About the Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join the founding team of a fast-growing EdTech start-up as a field sales professional. You'll conduct in-person Home Demos (the "Free Creator Camp") at families' homes across Mumbai, converting parents into paid enrolments. With a strong 30% conversion rate on these demos, this role offers significant weekly earning potential for a driven, target-focused closer.
What You Will Do
1. Conduct in-person Home Demos at families' homes and convert parents into paid enrolments
2. Handle parent objections and close sales on the spot where possible
3.
Own and consistently hit weekly sales targets
4. Contribute to building out sales processes and systems as an early team member
5. Work a flexible schedule mixing office time with in-person demos, including peak weekend hours
What We're Looking For
1. 2-7 years of experience in direct sales, inside sales/telesales, or field sales - ideally within the education sector (EdTech, tutoring, coaching, or related)
2. A driven, target-obsessed mindset with high energy and solid ownership of outcomes
3. Comfort working weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 9:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. during peak demo days) with one weekday off
4. Strong communication and objection-handling skills in face-to-face selling situations
5. Willingness to be based in and travel around Mumbai for home visits
6. Must be Mumbai-based and able to co-locate with the founding team at the Andheri West office
