ABOUT

INTEGRA MEDTECH
Integra MedTech is a new Mumbai-based distributor of diagnostics and medical devices. We partner with established international and Indian manufacturers to build their brands in laboratories, hospitals and dialysis centres across Western India.

THE ROLE
You will lead our diagnostics business with the CEO: launch specialty IVD tests from European manufacturers, win the first laboratory accounts, and build the commercial engine and team that the business grows on. Alongside diagnostics, we distribute hospital and dialysis consumables from an established Indian manufacturer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build our diagnostics business: launch specialty IVD tests from European manufacturers in hospital and private labs across Western India.
- Win the first lab accounts in Mumbai and Pune: evaluations and method verification with the manufacturers application teams, vendor registration and rate contracts.
- Build credibility with pathologists, lab directors and clinicians, and develop reference sites.
- Extend into hospitals and dialysis units with our consumables lines.
- Run the commercial engine: pricing, reagent forecasting,



cold-chain stock, credit, collections, CRM and monthly reporting.
- Evaluate and onboard recent diagnostics manufacturers, then hire and lead the sales and application team as the business grows.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1015 years in in-vitro diagnostics in India, including several years selling to hospital and private labs or managing key lab accounts, ideally leading a sales or application team.
- Strong working knowledge of lab workflows, analyser platforms and assay verification, and credibility with pathologists and lab directors.
- A clear understanding of how Indian labs and hospitals buy: evaluations, reagent-rental and instrument-placement models, rate contracts and tenders.
- Experience with medical devices or hospital consumables a plus.
- Comfortable with numbers, and with an owners mindset.
- B.Pharm preferred. Based in Mumbai.
