- Implementation/Strengthening of Land Allotment & Land Acquisition Management System.
- Drafting of objective criteria for evaluating land allotment applications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for land allotment.
- Maintain and integrate online application systems of authority with platforms Single Window System of State.
- Provide IT-related task management support for authority projects.
- Ensure e-office and digitization of engineering works.
- Create and maintain databases of investors and inquiries.
- Design and maintain searchable formats of operational manuals and internal orders.
- Develop IT-based solutions for integrating insolvency tracking with land and lease management systems.
