Admission Counsellor / Sales Executive

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Sunday Holiday

Job Responsibilities

- Handle approximately 100 calls per day with prospective students.
- Counsel students about courses, fees, batches and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle student queries and sales objections professionally.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups and daily sales reports.
- Update the CRM and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth admission process.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Experience in sales, telesales, EdTech or admission counselling preferred.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
- Monthly Incentives/Commission: 20,00030,000 based on performance and target achievement.
