Araiya by Aza is a lab-grown diamond jewellery brand offering contemporary, elegant and thoughtfully designed jewellery. We are looking for a customer-centric and sales-driven Jewellery Consultant to represent the brand at our SIS stores, deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, understand their preferences and recommend jewellery pieces suited to their style, occasion and budget.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of lab-grown diamonds, diamond characteristics (4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat), jewellery designs and product specifications.
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly sales targets, drive conversions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a personalised and premium shopping experience while building long-term customer relationships.
- Product Presentation: Ensure jewellery displays, visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment as required.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer databases, follow up on enquiries and engage with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Store Operations:



Ensure adherence to billing procedures, jewellery handling protocols, security standards and store policies.
- Brand Representation: Maintain professional grooming and represent Araiya by Aza's brand values at all times.
- Reporting: Track daily sales, customer footfall, conversions and other relevant retail performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in jewellery, luxury retail or fashion retail will be preferred.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in jewellery sales, premium retail, luxury fashion, watches or other high-value consumer products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
- Interest in jewellery, diamonds, luxury products and fashion trends.
- Ability to explain product features and build customer confidence.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
