CPRole & responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of collections executive.

Drive collection efficiency and recovery performance.

Monitor delinquency trends and portfolio health.

Ensure timely resolution of overdue and high-risk accounts.

Coordinate with Legal, Operations and Business Teams.

Drive compliance with collection processes and company policies.

Manage escalated customer cases professionally.

Improve portfolio quality and collection productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.

4-7 Years of experience in collection, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or related field operations.

Proven experience in team handling and collection portfolio management.

Solid understanding of recovery processes and delinquency management.

Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area.
