Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest or experience in FMCG sales, field sales, or field marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, dealers, and customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and drive sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Promote company products and increase brand visibility in the market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records of field activities.
- Follow up with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Com, MBA in Marketing, or a relevant qualification.
- Experience: Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome. Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in field sales, or field marketing are preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are compulsory.
