Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with transport vendors, truckers, and brokers.
- Identify and onboard new transport vendors.
- Negotiate freight rates and ensure vendor compliance.
- Maintain robust vendor relationships to support business requirements.

2. Traffic & Transportation Operations

- Manage daily vehicle placements and movement.
- Ensure vehicles are placed within committed timelines.
- Monitor transportation activities and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors to minimize placement delays.

3. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle placement status.
- Handle delays, escalations, and other operational challenges.





4. Reporting & Operational Efficiency

- Maintain daily MIS reports and operational records.
- Track vehicle placement performance and turnaround time.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support cost optimization through effective rate negotiation.

5. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain proper transportation and vendor documentation.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
