- Manage and monitor process engineering activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Develop, review, and optimize process parameters, operating procedures, and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, energy conservation, and cost reduction.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and project teams for efficient plant functioning.
- Monitor key process parameters and ensure adherence to production targets and quality standards.
- Conduct process calculations, mass and energy balance studies, and equipment performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with process safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
- Support plant commissioning, process modifications, and implementation of current technologies.
- Lead and guide the process engineering team to achieve operational objectives.
