1. Drive seamless and productive store operations every day.
2. Maintain inventory accuracy, store hygiene, and adherence to processes.
3. Analyze store metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.
4. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing in-store and last-mile delivery teams.
5. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
6. Make quick, thoughtful decisions to resolve operational bottlenecks before they affect customers or the business.
7. Manage end-to-end operations of an Express Store.
8. Ensure every customer order is delivered accurately, on time, and with the expected quality.
9. Solve day-to-day operational problems and ensure smooth store functioning.
