Role Title: SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP Commerce Cloud initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, UX, and QA teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support UAT, solution validation, process improvements, integrations, and post-go-live activities.

Core Requirements

- 7-10 years of experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.




• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C eCommerce processes, including Product Content Management (PCM), Order Management, Customer Management, Promotions, Pricing, CMS, and Search & Merchandising.
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, OCC APIs, and integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP CPI, payment gateways, and 3PL platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, business process modeling, requirement gathering, functional documentation, and UAT execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Commerce Cloud certification.
• Experience with retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, or digital commerce domains.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, PIM, CMS, OMS, and CRM platforms.
