Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns who are eager to learn, take ownership, and gain hands-on industry experience. Based on business requirements and individual performance during the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the assigned team in daily operations and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports for the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, processes, and professional standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates pursuing or recently completing a relevant degree / Postgraduations
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Solid ownership, accountability, and a proactive attitude.
Internship Duration & PPO
- Duration: 6 months.
- Stipend: As per company policy.
- PPO Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full time role based on performance, skill development, business requirements, and feedback from the reporting manager.
- A PPO is not guaranteed and will be subject to the company's evaluation and approval process.
