Key Responsibilities:

- Simulations Modeling: Build 3D CAD/CAE models, apply mesh generation, and execute linear/non-linear static, energetic, thermal, modal, and fatigue analyses.
- Design Optimization: Propose weight-reduction, cost-reduction, and structural reinforcement strategies based on simulation data.
- Sanity Checks Calculations: Perform analytical hand calculations, first-principles checks, and validate simulation results against physical behavior.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare technical reports, stress summaries, and documentation required for industry standards and certification bodies (e.g., ASME, DNV, CEMILAC).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside design, systems, and testing engineers to resolve convergence issues and guide product durability.

Required Qualifications Education:

- Degree: Bachelor s (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master s (M.Tech/M.E.) degree in Mechanical, Structural,



Aerospace Engineering, or Applied Mechanics.
- Experience: Typically ranges from entry-level/internships to 2-10+ years for mid-to-senior roles.
- Core Fundamentals: Strong grasp of strength of materials, applied mechanics, machine design, and continuum mechanics

Software Technical Stack:

- FEA / CAE Solvers: ANSYS Workbench/APDL, ABAQUS, Nastran, LS-DYNA, and Femap.
- Pre/Post-Processing CAD: SpaceClaim, DesignModeler, HyperMesh, ANSA, SolidWorks, NX, and CATIA V5.
- Scripting Automation: Python or APDL scripting for parametric modeling and post-processing automation. [1, 2, 3]
