Role Overview

Project pursuit and Customer approval Manager (3.3): Power

Key Responsibilities

- Project Identification & Tracking: Identifying opportunities in recent projects and MRO business, tracking projects, visiting all stakeholders in the market, understanding barriers to entry, local regulations, and market needs.
- Technical Documentation & Presentation: Preparing application notes and technical presentations; visiting EPCs and End Clients; acting as the primary point of contact during the pursuit phase to propose right solutions.
- Project Qualification & Vendor Registration: Taking ownership of qualifying projects by specking and driving the complete vendor registration process; delivering the right technical pitch; differentiating from competition; conducting product trials and demos.
- Sales Transition Support: Supporting the transition from the pursuit phase to field sales by ensuring all technical requirements are clear and well-documented.
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicating and collaborating with plant engineering, maintenance,



and instrumentation teams; presenting technical information to key decision-makers; anticipating challenges and addressing them proactively from start to end.

- BE Instrumentation with a technical focus

Experience Requirements

- 7–10 Years in related field

Additional Requirements

- 7-10 years of work-ex in the Power industries, particularly in plant maintenance/shutdown, service of pneumatic/instrumentation products (SOVs, Pulse Jet Valves, Pneumatic Actuators, Compressor, AFRs, Quick Exhaust Valves, Volume Boosters, On-Off Valves, Control Valves and other instrumentation products)
- Strong knowledge of applications for valve automation systems in the power industry
- Awareness/knowledge of the domestic & global market, international standards like ASME, API, ANSI, PED, GOST etc. and specifications/testing requirements for valve automation systems in relevant industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical information to key decision-makers
