Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in RCC conventional construction to supervise site execution, ensure construction quality and monitor project progress. Experience in residential/commercial building projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Handle RCC conventional works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and formwork.
- Ensure execution as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Check line, level, alignment, reinforcement and shuttering before concreting.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
- Manage manpower, material requirements and daily site activities.




- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check measurements, quantities and material consumption.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with construction specifications and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
- Hands-on experience in RCC conventional construction is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and structural drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control, quantity estimation and site supervision.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
