- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and recent customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for growth and capitalizing on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, underwriting, and product development to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in home loans/housing finance industry.
- Strong understanding of housing loan products, including mortgages, LAPs (Loan Against Property), HLs (Home Loans), etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
