- Drafting and renewal of the various agreements required during course of business including IT agreements, service provider agreements, insurance distribution arrangement, Non-disclosure agreement and similar other arrangements
- Negotiation on the clauses with the vendors or service providers
- Standardisation of the agreement template
- Insurance policy related documentation
- Review of customer communication, claims repudiation letters, legal notices and other general advisory documents .
- Advise the internal stakeholders like HR, Admin etc on any legal matters
