We are seeking a energetic and results-driven HR Consulting Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across industries. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing top talent, and ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Role & responsibilities :-

- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in recruitment or HR consulting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals.
