We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Restaurant Hostess to join our team in Mohali. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage table reservations and assist walk-in guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate seating arrangements for smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain and manage the waiting list during peak hours.
- Answer phone calls and handle reservation inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Aviation, Tourism,
or any graduation.
- Candidates with internships or training in hotels, restaurants, cafs, or hospitality will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Customer service and guest handling.
- Valuable communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
