Moonlight Mushroom (Moonlight Agro Products LLP) is growing, and we need a sales leader to take fresh mushrooms to caterers, marriage halls, banquet venues and food bazaars.

1. Sign new caterers, banquet halls, hotels and food bazaar vendors
2. Manage key accounts and wedding-season demand
3. Negotiate pricing, credit terms and bulk rates
4. Work with our farm and logistics teams so every delivery is fresh and on time
5. Lead and train field sales executives

What you bring

1. 3 to 6 years in B2B sales (fresh produce, F&B; or HoReCa preferred)
2. Experience managing a field sales team
3. A network with caterers, banquet managers or event planners (big plus)
4. Strong negotiation skills, comfort with collections and daily field travel
5. Local language fluency, basic Excel/CRM skills, own two-wheeler preferred

Targets you own

1. Monthly sales of 50 lakh to 1 Cr (75,000 to 1,00,000 kg)
2. 500 current accounts a month (team target)
3. 70%+ repeat order rate
4. Collections within 15 days
5. 98%+ on-time fulfilment
