Job Summary: -

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for our HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) Department. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth functioning of HPDC machines and associated equipment to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of HPDC machines and associated mechanical equipment.
- Handle mechanical breakdowns and troubleshoot machine-related issues to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, cylinders, pumps, valves, and pipelines.
- Inspect and maintain clamping units, injection units, ejector systems, and other mechanical components of HPDC machines.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, and mechanical wear.
- Carry out replacement and repair of bearings, seals, hoses, couplings, and other mechanical components.
- Ensure proper functioning of hydraulic power packs, cooling systems, and lubrication systems.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown records, and maintenance reports.




- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer CNC/VMC Machine Shop

Department: Machine Shop Maintenance
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Location: - Prithla, Palwal (Haryana)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Perform preventive and routine maintenance of CNC, VMC, AMS, and BFW machines.
- Handle mechanical breakdowns of CNC/VMC machines and take immediate corrective action to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to machine slides, guideways, ball screws, bearings, couplings, and spindle assemblies.
- Inspect and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, cylinders, valves, and pipelines.
- Maintain lubrication systems, coolant systems, chip conveyors, and other machine auxiliaries.
- Check and maintain machine alignment, backlash, mechanical accuracy, and vibration-related issues.
- Identify abnormal noise, overheating, leakage, and wear in machine components.
- Carry out repair, replacement, and fitting of mechanical parts as required.
- Coordinate with electrical maintenance and production teams during machine breakdowns.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and machine history records.
- Analyze repetitive breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
