- Study existing EbixCash products and document current features, user flows, and gaps.
- Do light competitive research how other forex/payments apps handle a given flow to inform product discussions.
- Help structure and organize input from different product/business owners into a consistent, comparable format across products.
Product Support
- Write clear feature requirement notes and user stories in coordination with the tech lead and developers.
- Help test recent features from a user's perspective before release and report issues clearly.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, decks, or one-pagers for internal stakeholder discussions.
Collaboration
- Sit in on product/tech discussions, take structured notes, and help track open questions and decisions.
- Work closely with the tech lead, developers, and other interns rather than in isolation.
Required Skills
- Strong written communication and structured
- Genuine curiosity about how products work,
and willingness to dig into an unfamiliar system rather than guess.
- Structured thinking can break a vague problem into smaller, clear questions.
- Comfortable with basic tools: Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Notion/Docs or similar.
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of how APIs/backend systems work (no coding required, but comfort with the concept).
- Prior exposure to product management, business analysis, or a similar structured documentation role.
- Interest in fintech, payments, or forex
