Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Proactively connect with potential clients and generate qualified leads and new client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present ElevateXs services, including web and mobile app development, SaaS solutions, digital marketing, and creative services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms, and drive opportunities towards successful closures.
- Achieve business development targets for lead generation, client meetings, and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams and HODs to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects, track follow-ups, and prepare regular sales reports.




- Preferred Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing or IT services agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently, schedule client meetings, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Understanding of digital marketing, website development, mobile applications, or SaaS services will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on acquiring current clients and generating revenue.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, networking, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and work independently in a growth-focused environment.
