We are looking for a Linux USB Driver Developer with hands-on experience in USB protocol and Linux device driver development for Snapdragon platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and debug USB 2.0/3.x/4.0 drivers on Linux.
- Develop and validate USB host, gadget, peripheral, and class drivers.
- Debug USB issues using LeCroy USB analyzers and error logs.
- Support USB 3.x/4.0 and Thunderbolt 3/4 compliance testing.
- Perform pre-silicon and post-silicon diagnostics and validation.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to troubleshoot system-level issues.
- Required Skills:
- Solid C programming skills.
- Linux kernel internals and device driver development.
- USB 3.0/3.1/4.0 protocol knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with USB analyzers, preferably LeCroy.
- Knowledge of power management, sleep, and hibernation.
- Understanding of SoC, PC hardware, and BIOS.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
