About the Role

Finolex Cables Ltd. is looking for dynamic, high-potential young professionals to join our prestigious Full Time Management Trainee Program. Designed to build our future leadership and business pipeline, this role offers hands-on exposure to core business operations, channel development, and market growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales or Management Trainee, you will work closely with branch teams and gain practical experience across sales, marketing, and relationship management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Market Expansion: Conducting market research, mapping business opportunities, and developing institutional clients (such as builders, architects, and developers).

- Channel Management: Appointing current channel partners and driving sales growth through regular field visits.

- Promotional Activities: Organizing customer meets, seminars, trade exhibitions,



and brand promotion campaigns.

- Supply Chain & Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely product deliveries and monitoring distributor stock levels to maintain optimal product availability.

- Sales Enablement: Training distributor sales personnel to expand market penetration and coverage.

- Reporting & Feedback: Preparing periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Branch Head and relaying customer feedback/complaints to the Head Office.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or B.E. (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) AND an MBA (Specialization in Marketing preferred).

- Target Batch: Recent graduates from the 2023 batch.

- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of corporate/field experience.

- Preferred Locations: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to cities where our branch offices are situated.

Compensation & Rewards

Fresh graduate (general) - 21,000

Fresh B.E. or MBA Marketing - 24,000

Fresh BE + MBA Marketing - 30,000
