- Oversee daily plant operations and ensure smooth production of FRP & SMC products.
- Manage production planning, manpower allocation, and process optimization.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for uninterrupted operations.
