Job Description Quality Manager
Company: Manufacturing of Paper Products
Location: Khushkhera, Rajasthan
Experience: 8 to10 Years
Shift Timing: 09:00am to 05:30pm
working days: 6
Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall quality control and quality assurance activities in paper packaging manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety norms, and paper quality standards.
- Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, certifications, and documentation requirements.
- Handle quality audits, inspections,
customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to10 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the paper or food-grade packaging industry.
- Solid knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, paper quality norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
