About the Role

Bhagwati Stone Crusher is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial records, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, account finalization, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle complete accounting, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, purchase and sales accounting, and bank reconciliation.

- Manage & Support GST returns, TDS compliance, tax calculations, and other applicable statutory requirements/Documentation.

- Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer outstanding balances.

- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and other management reports.

- Monitor cash flow, expenses, production costs, and operational expenditure.

- Maintain inventory and stock-related accounting records.

- Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and reconciliation of accounts.

- Coordinate with auditors,



consultants, banks, vendors, and other relevant parties.

- Ensure proper documentation, accurate record-keeping, and timely compliance with applicable laws.

- Support management in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP and MS Excel.

- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in Finalization of Accounts, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Account.

- Expertise in Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Management, and Financial Reporting.

- Knowledge of Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Fixed Asset Accounting.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Experience in manufacturing, mining, stone crusher, construction materials, or a similar industry will be preferred.

- Ability to manage accounting activities independently and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
