Required Skills & Experience

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate learning, capability development, training operations, or a related function.
- Experience in an IT services, SaaS, software, technology, or consulting organization.
- Solid hands-on experience in executing and coordinating end-to-end learning programs.
- Working knowledge of TNI/TNA, competency mapping, skill-gap analysis, IDPs, and role-based learning pathways.
- Experience coordinating technical training, certification programs, employee onboarding, and project-readiness initiatives.
- Exposure to behavioural and managerial development programs and learning effectiveness measurement.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, HR teams, delivery managers, internal trainers, and technical SMEs.
- Proficiency in training dashboards, Excel-based reporting, LMS administration, and learning analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for content creation, assessment development,



reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive timely execution, and maintain accurate learning records.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Certifications in Learning & Development, instructional design, training facilitation, or talent development are advantageous.
- Knowledge of recognized learning evaluation frameworks, such as Kirkpatrick, is preferred.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and AI-enabled learning solutions is desirable.
