Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process. The selected candidates will handle international customer calls, resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, professional solutions.
Assist customers with product, service, account, and process-related inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
Maintain a professional tone, patience, and a customer-first approach throughout every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Any graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply, subject to client requirements.
- Good verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Robust listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
