We are looking for a Candidate Manager / Senior Candidate Manager to join our dynamic and high-performing recruitment team. The role involves end-to-end IT recruitment, candidate engagement, relationship management, and working closely with the team to fulfil client hiring requirements.

You will have the opportunity to develop strong expertise across technology domains while building high-quality candidate networks and delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, post-offer follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and identify candidates whose skills, experience, and career aspirations align with the opportunity.
- Source and screen candidates across specialised IT and technology skill sets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and network of qualified candidates.
- Present shortlisted and verified candidates aligned with qualified client requirements.
- Develop robust candidate relationships through regular phone, video, and face-to-face interactions.
- Proactively introduce suitable candidates for relevant client opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Develop strong knowledge of technology domains and act as a subject matter expert within assigned skill areas.
- Stay updated on IT recruitment trends, technologies, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve hiring goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and overall results.

Required Experience & Skills

- 1–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/technical recruitment.

- Hands-on experience in:
- IT sourcing and screening
- Understanding technical job descriptions
- Candidate qualification and engagement
- Interview coordination
- Offer negotiation
- Post-offer follow-ups
- Candidate onboarding

- Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work on specialised and niche technology requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
