Job Summary:

We are looking for a Playwright Automation Tester with 5 to 10 Years of experience in Playwright, TypeScript, automation framework development, UI and API testing, and CI/CD integration

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Design, build, and enhance reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Perform UI, functional, regression, and API testing to ensure application quality.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and quality assurance.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and provide actionable feedback to improve test coverage and reliability.
- For senior candidates, lead automation framework design, define automation strategies, mentor team members, and drive testing best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in Playwright automation using TypeScript.




- Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript programming concepts.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in UI automation, functional testing, and regression testing.
- Experience in API testing and automation.
- Working knowledge of Git for version control.
- Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and defect management tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in designing scalable and reusable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Knowledge of test execution, reporting, and test result analysis.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with cross-browser testing and parallel test execution.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and collaboration across development and QA teams.
- For senior candidates, experience in team mentoring, automation planning, framework optimization, and defining automation best practices.
