Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, manage FOH staff, ensure excellent guest service, maintain service standards, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the FOH team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Monitor hygiene, quality, and service standards.
- Support inventory control, billing, and sales targets.

Requirements:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine dining.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced workplace.
