Key Responsibilities:

- Drive annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial performance analysis for Sales & Margin.
- Manage end-to-end rebate processes including accruals, claims, reconciliations, credit notes, and collections.
- Analyze margin performance, rebate contribution, and business profitability across categories, brands, and channels.
- Track receivables, debtor ageing, and back-end income recovery to optimize working capital.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports with actionable insights.
- Partner with Category, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other stakeholders for financial planning and control.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST requirements, internal controls, and audit processes.




- Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and rebate management.

Desired Profile:

- MBA Finance / CA / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or Economics.
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A;, Rebate Management, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.
- Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, margin analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, financial reporting, and dashboarding tools.
