- Operate the CVC labelling machine as per approved SOPs and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Verify product details, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, and approved label particulars before starting the operation.
- Ensure correct label placement, alignment, readability, and proper adhesion on containers.
- Perform line clearance and verify packaging materials before commencing the batch.
- Monitor labelling quality and segregate defective or rejected products as per approved procedures.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
- Report machine breakdowns, labelling defects, and any deviations to the Line Officer or Supervisor.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical labelling operations preferred.
- Willingness to work in Shifts
