- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the power industry.

- Prepare financial models, valuations, and reports to support fundraising efforts and project financing initiatives.

Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in M&A; advisory services or related fields such as consulting or finance.
- Solid expertise in acquisition, business development, due diligence, financial modeling, fund raising, investment analysis/valuation/report preparation.
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
