Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Core HORECA Sales in Delhi
Industry: FMCG / Spices / Food Products
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand HORECA sales across Delhi.
- Acquire recent hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, cloud kitchens, and institutional customers.
- Generate leads, conduct product sampling, negotiate pricing, and convert prospects into regular customers.
- Build strong relationships with purchase managers, chefs, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitors, and ensure timely payment collections.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of core HORECA sales experience in Delhi.
- Strong existing network of HORECA customers and institutional buyers.
- Experience in spices, seasonings, or FMCG food products preferred.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, field-oriented, and result-driven.
Important: Candidates with only GT/MT or retail sales experience and no direct HORECA exposure will not be considered.
