Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage collections from delinquent customers through effective communication, negotiation, and debt recovery strategies.

- Conduct field collections by visiting customers' premises to collect overdue payments.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial aspects.

- Develop strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of satisfaction and reduce defaults.

- Ensure timely reporting on collection status updates to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in collections (debt collection) or similar roles.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle loan collection processes and regulations.

- Excellent customer handling skills with ability to negotiate effectively.

- Proficiency in using technology for productive data management and reporting.
