We are hiring for the role of Officer - Production ( Injection Moulding)

Location : Silvassa

Role & responsibilities

PRODUCTION:

- Knowledge in operating all types of Injection & Blow Moulding Machines and IML Robots operation in Injection Moulding machines & Controlling rejection percentage in labels
- Planning and organising Production schedule related activities
- Knowledge in Trouble Shooting in all Injection & Blow Moulding machines & Robotics related issues
- Closely working with Plant Head in day-to-day activities
- Knowledge in all Injection & Blow Moulding Moulds & Robots settings according to recent product change & its alignment
- Knowledge of all utilities in operations
- Control of over spares for all Moulding machines /IML Robots operations & aligning with respective vendors as and when required for service & spares.
- Overseeing production processes & tracking Safety issues in connection with Robotics/ Injection & Blow Moulding Machines and reporting to Production & Maintenance &Safety; Heads




- Planning Preventive maintenance & coordinating with Plant maintenance team to complete the same as per schedules
- Being a team Leader in achieving the desired Production targets of the team with control over rejections
- Carry out Cost saving Projects
- Awareness of industrial and occupation safety
- Train Operators (Do, s & Donts) regarding all operations
- Organising relevant training sessions including 5S & other Production strategies.

OTHER

- Diploma / Degree in plastic technology from CIPET will be preferred.
- Injection Moulding In charge with experience in IML required.
- Working closely with Maintenance head for R&M; & Capex budget framing & carrying out the same in time .
- Responsible for various projects running & upcoming in plant.
- Introducing several kaizen as part of work in terms of production & safety.
- Knowledge in SAP entries & MIS practices relevant to Production.
- Knowledge about ISO 14001 & OEE
- Experience in TPM/5S/7QC
