Position Summary

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Architect with a unique blend of industrial life
sciences experience and high-end corporate/residential interior design expertise.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio spanning technical cGMP pharmaceutical
facilities, research laboratories, contemporary corporate workplaces, and luxury residential
interiors. You will drive projects from initial concept and space planning through to
execution handover, balancing stringent regulatory and functional requirements with
exceptional aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Life Sciences & Industrial Facilities Design

• Lead the architectural design and space planning for pharmaceutical R&D;
laboratories, pilot plants, and cGMP manufacturing suites.
• Design optimized facility layouts focusing on containment zoning, personnel/material
airlocks, classified cleanroom environments, and unidirectional product flow.
• Specify specialized, cleanroom-compliant architectural finishes (e.g., modular wall
panels, coved epoxy flooring, and flush glazing) resistant to rigorous sterilization
protocols.

2. Corporate Offices & Commercial Interiors

• Translate corporate brand identities and functional workplace strategies into dynamic,
collaborative, and ergonomic office environments.
• Design innovative spatial layouts integrating open-plan workstations, executive
cabins, boardrooms, breakout zones, and acoustic treatment solutions.
• Coordinate integrated lighting design, HVAC routing, electrical/data infrastructure,
and custom millwork detailing tailored for modern corporate spaces.

3. Luxury Residential Projects
• Deliver bespoke residential interior design solutions (apartments, villas, and
independent floors)



from concept to final site styling.
• Design custom furniture, feature walls, false ceiling details, mood lighting, and
curated material palettes (e.g., stone flooring, rich veneers, and specialized wall
finishes) tailored to client lifestyle needs.
• Manage client design consultations, mood board presentations, and material selections
to achieve a cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic.

4. Technical Coordination & Documentation
• Serve as the lead coordinator using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop,
and Sketchup, to integrate structural, MEP, and interior fit-out drawings seamlessly.
• Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation packages (plans,
elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings).
• Conduct site inspections during execution to ensure strict adherence to quality,
finishes, safety codes, and design intent.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA) or relevant
regional licensing body.

• Experience:
o 5 to 10+ years of professional architectural and interior design experience.
o Proven track record successfully delivering a mix of industrial/pharma
projects and high-value corporate/residential interior fit-outs.
Technical Skills & Software Proficiency
• BIM & CAD: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe
Photoshop and Sketchup
• Visualization & Rendering: SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render for client
walkthroughs and photorealistic presentations.
• Documentation & Management: Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for finish boards
and tender packages.
