Job Description

HG Luxury is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Interiors to manage end-to-end interior execution and premium finishing works for its luxury resort development project at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in luxury resort construction, interior fit-outs, premium finishing, contractor management, and project execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end interior execution and finishing works for luxury resort development.

- Supervise interiors of guest rooms, villas, suites, restaurants, lobbies, spas, and public areas.

- Ensure execution as per approved GFC drawings, design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Monitor premium finishing works, including marble, stone, woodwork, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and decorative finishes.

- Oversee FF&E; installation, mock-up room approvals, quality inspections, and snagging.

- Monitor contractor productivity,



material consumption, BOQs, billing, and project progress.

- Ensure timely completion of interior works and successful handover.

Educational Qualification
- B. Arch or B. Tech – Civil Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in interior execution, finishing, and fit-out works.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Manager in luxury resort construction/development is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience in premium hospitality interior execution and site management.

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, FF&E;, GFC drawings, BOQs, and MEP coordination.

- Experience in managing contractors, vendors, project schedules, and finishing quality.

- Candidates with luxury resort or five-star hotel development experience will be preferred.
