Qualifications

- Educational qualification: Essential: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experiences: Minimum experience: 3-7 years experience in execution of various civil jobs
- Experience of handling similar project of same kind
- Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale high-value vendors

Responsibilities

- Execution of Civil infrastructure including Land, Building, Fabrication Structure, Pre cast and support infrastructure
- Preparation of MIS and other data to monitor and review progress status on civil execution jobs
- Ensure all pre cast structures are available on time and with required quality
- Completion of civil structures/building
- Coordinating with vendors for civil execution jobs
- Prepare report of technical specification provided by vendor for various material
- Visit vendor site / location for quality check of materials ordered
- Check contracts bills and submit for further process
