Qualification - B.E./B. Tech Civil

Experience - 2 to 5 years of experience in Pharma/Industrial Civil Projects & Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil project and maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, painting, roads, drainage, PEB, utility, and finishing works.
- Execute Greenfield and Brownfield projects, plant modifications, expansions, and civil maintenance activities.
- Review drawings, layouts, specifications, and quantities before and during execution.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost estimates for civil works.
- Take site measurements, verify contractor bills/JMRs, and reconcile materials.
- Supervise contractors, manpower, and day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor work quality and inspect civil materials and completed works.




- Coordinate with structural and architectural consultants, contractors, Engineering teams, and user departments.
- Plan and monitor project activities against schedules and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Manage plant civil maintenance, including buildings, flooring, doors/windows, painting, roads, drainage, and related infrastructure.
- Support PR/PO creation and project procurement activities through SAP.
- Maintain project documentation required for GMP compliance and engineering audits.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, including PTW, Toolbox Talks, Work at Height, Hot Work, and contractor safety.
- Support CAPEX and revenue civil works and monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.
