Job Summary

At Vestas, Supply chain and repair, we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever-developing task in a rapid-paced environment. In SCR Vestas, GSSC department is responsible for Service Supply chain activities in which handling Non-Conformance cases for Product and Non-product deviations received from Supplier is part of our role and we are responsible for providing disposition solution to the customers in coordination with various Partners

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

- Manage and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) notifications in SAP ERP for product and non-product deviations.Review, prioritize, assign, and monitor NCRs through closure
- Create supplementary NCRs and initiate supplier disposition activities
- Validate supplier responses and determine appropriate disposition actions
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Track NC costs, perform closure activities, and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare reports,



presentations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Quality Management, NCR handling, or Supplier Quality processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP, preferably Quality Management (QM) modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and process documentation.
