Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Accounts Finance team at GEPL Capital, a financial services and stock broking firm. The candidate will be responsible for bank reconciliation, verification of financial transactions, maintenance of accounting records and resolution of discrepancies. Candidates with practical bank reconciliation experience and knowledge of accounting software will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform bank reconciliation and match bank statements with accounting records.
- Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank transactions and ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with daily accounting activities, ledger reconciliation and accounting entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments and banks to resolve transaction-related discrepancies.




- Ensure timely updating and maintenance of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Practical experience in bank reconciliation is essential.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and ledger reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Experience with LD Software will be an added advantage.
- Positive analytical skills, attention to detail and coordination abilities.
