- Valuable understanding of operational standards and engineering drawings.

- Working knowledge of jigs and fixtures.
- Sound knowledge of cutting tools and tooling applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC Lathe and VMC programming.
- Familiarity with IATF standards and related documentation requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office with hands-on experience in documentation and reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related engineering discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in machining / manufacturing / automotive component industry.
- Hands-on exposure to productivity improvement, OEE monitoring, and shopfloor process optimization.
- Good knowledge of CNC and VMC programming.
- Working knowledge of shopfloor safety practice.
