Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, all entries (Cash, Purchase, Sales) GST, TDS, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Record daily purchase, sales, expenses, and bank entries in SAP HANA.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.




- Handle general ledger functions and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy in vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com/M. Com) or equivalent.
- 35 years of proven work experience as an Accountant/Accounts Executive.
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and general ledger functions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
