Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, preparing measurements, and coordinating with project teams for accurate execution of work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site surveys and land measurements for ongoing projects
• Prepare survey reports, layouts, and measurement data
• Use surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for execution work
• Verify levels, alignments, and site boundaries as per project drawings
• Maintain proper documentation of survey records and reports




• Ensure accuracy of measurements and compliance with project requirements
• Assist in quantity calculations and project planning activities

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques
• Experience in construction or real estate projects
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualification:

Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or relevant field

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates from Builder / Construction background preferred
