1. Lead overall MEP operations, planning, design coordination, and execution across multiple construction and real estate projects.
2. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, and other building services.
3. Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, estimates, and design submissions to ensure coordination with architectural and structural requirements.
4. Manage project budgets, cost control, resource planning, procurement coordination, and commercial performance of MEP works.
5. Ensure project execution adheres to approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, project schedules, and applicable statutory regulations.
6. Coordinate with Project Execution, Design, Procurement, Planning, Consultants, Contractors,



and other stakeholders to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
7. Monitor project progress, identify delays and technical risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
8. Oversee contractor selection, technical evaluation, rate negotiations, work orders, and performance monitoring in coordination with relevant departments.
9. Review project MIS, cost reports, progress updates, quality observations, and commissioning status, providing regular updates to senior management.
10. Lead, mentor, and develop MEP teams while implementing standardized processes, technical best practices, energy-productive solutions, and effective project controls.
